Where to begin!? The entire team at EuropeWedding have been incredible from start to finish. From our first interaction over Zoom, outlining everything we wanted and how they could help, they were sensational.
We are based in the U.K. and we got married in Italy. The whole process was meticulously planned: picking the venues, the decor, the vendors, the food and on-the-day coordination. They were perfect.
We had an issue with our stationery for the wedding being stuck in customs, and Andrea and the team sprang into action, remaining calm, and sourcing a local printer to reprint our entire wedding stationery within 2 hours. We had a 30 minute burst of rain just as our outdoor ceremony was due to begin. Again, level headedness prevailed and they quickly dried the seats once the rain had stopped and controlled our nervous guests (and bride...) and we carried on with our day. Just perfect.
Benny Rossi was assigned to show us around our potential venues and she was brilliant. We felt very looked after during our entire trip. Andrea Barbiero was our planner and go-to point of contact for the entire process. Perfect on every step of the journey. We were honoured to have Massi Russo, Founder of EuropeWedding, as our officiant for the day. He did an incredible job and was loved by both of our families and our friends. Sara was there with us during our wedding weekend as an additional coordinator and was fantastic.

Our full-service planning includes: unlimited email/call consultations, venue sourcing and negotiation, vendor curation and contracts management, complete design direction, timeline creation, legal paperwork coordination, guest accommodation assistance, and full on-site coordination for all wedding events (welcome party, ceremony, reception, farewell brunch).
Absolutely. We've successfully coordinated intimate weddings starting at €40,000 (30-40 guests) through grand celebrations exceeding €500,000.
Budget doesn't determine the quality of our service: every couple receives the same dedicated attention. We're experts at maximizing value and know where to invest versus where to save smartly.
Most couples engage us 12-18 months before their wedding date, though we've successfully coordinated weddings with 6 months notice.
Prime wedding season in Italy (May-October) and popular venues book 18-24 months ahead, so earlier is always better for maximum venue selection.
Current availability: We take on just 25 weddings per year to maintain exceptional service. Now booking 2027 (our 2027 calendar is already filling up).
Yes, this is one of our core services. Getting legally married in Italy involves specific documentation (Atto Notorio, apostilles, translations) that varies by your nationality.
We've navigated this process for couples from 30+ countries and work directly with Italian municipalities on your behalf. We also coordinate symbolic ceremonies if you prefer to legally marry at home first.
70% of our couples plan entirely remotely. We provide detailed venue tours via video, comprehensive sample boxes, tasting kits when possible, and constant updates throughout the planning process.
Many couples see their venue for the first time at their rehearsal dinner, and they're always thrilled because we've set accurate expectations.
Yes, we speak English fluently (and of course Italian). We're not native speakers, but we work daily with international couples and handle calls, emails, contracts and vendor communication in English with total clarity.
Every proposal includes backup plans. For outdoor ceremonies, we secure covered alternatives (same venue or nearby) and have relationships with rental companies for last-minute tenting.
We monitor weather closely and make the call 48-72 hours before, so there's never day-of panic. In 500 weddings, we've never had weather ruin a celebration: inconvenience temporarily, yes, but we always pivot gracefully.
While we find full-service planning provides the best experience and value, we do offer partial planning and day-of coordination packages for couples who want specific support.
