After a year of planning our destination wedding in Sicily, we had the most amazing wedding week imaginable. All of this was made possible by thoughtful and professional planning by Benny + her team. Destination weddings are complicated and stressful but we felt like we were in good hands the entire time. There were multiple times where we were so pleasantly surprised when Benny would offer to handle things directly with our guests, like transportation and hotel bookings, so that is was one less thing we had to worry about. The little things really go a long way. The team here goes above and beyond and it really showed when our guests were finally able to experience it.

Where to begin!? The entire team at EuropeWedding have been incredible from start to finish. From our first interaction over Zoom, outlining everything we wanted and how they could help, they were sensational. We are based in the U.K. and we got married in Italy. The whole process was meticulously planned from, picking the venues, to the decor, to the vendors, to the food and on the day co-ordination, they were perfect. We had an issue with our stationery for the wedding being stuck in customs, and Andrea and the team sprang into action, remaining calm, and sourcing a local printer to reprint our entire wedding stationery within 2 hours! We had a 30 minute burst of rain just as our outdoor ceremony was due to begin. Again, level headedness prevailed and they quickly dried the seats once the rain had stopped and controlled our nervous guests (and bride...) and we carried on with our day. Just perfect. Benny Rossi was assigned to show us around our potential venues and she was brilliant. We felt very looked after during our entire trip. We were assigned Andrea Barbiero as our planner and go-to point of contact for the entire process. Perfect on every step of the journey, she made it incredibly easy to make decisions and on the day, everything was handled with professionalism and poise. We were honoured to have Massi Russo, Founder of EuropeWedding, as our officiant for the day. He did an incredible job and was loved by both of our families and our friends. He knocked it out of the park. Sara was there with us during our wedding weekend as an additional co-ordinator and was the 3rd team member that assisted with everything. She was fantastic also! We truly couldn't be happier with the service Andrea, Massi, Sara and Benny provided us during the year-long process it took to get married in Italy. Rest assured it isn't just us that are happy with the service. Our friends, family and all of our guests had wonderful words to say about them also. If anyone is considering getting married abroad, we would highly recommend the team at EuropeWedding as your planners. They made a stressful endeavour feel easy and manageable. All I can say is WOW! The whole experience of planning a wedding with EuropeWedding has been nothing less than Excellent from start to finish. After each meeting they always did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Mood boards, options for florists, music, etc — we were never left waiting. Arianna planned and attended our wedding: incredibly organised, kind and caring, and she made me feel entirely at ease the entire day. We had opted for a small, simple and informal wedding but no less care, love and attention was put into it. Overall, an incredible experience and the most perfect magical wedding day that we will never forget.

We cannot say enough about how incredible our experience was with Europe Weddings and our AMAZING planner, Giorgia. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect, and the results were more than we ever could have dreamed of. She came to my Airbnb while I was getting ready just to check in, helped us navigate family tensions, and was a calming, steady presence the entire time. She even scheduled a last-minute haircut for my now husband in Como the day before the welcome party! Those little touches made such a difference and showed how much she truly cared. We received countless compliments from our guests about how flawless everything was and how impressive all the details were and that is entirely thanks to Giorgia, her assistant Andrea, and the Europe Weddings team. My bridesmaids loved her so much that they were genuinely excited to see her on the wedding day! Hiring Giorgia was hands-down the best investment we made for our wedding. She not only gave us the most beautiful, stress-free weekend of our lives, and also became a true friend through this process.
